Legal information
Terms of Use
Effective date: January 1, 2025
1. Agreement
By using the Roughstep Atelier website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
2. Educational catalog
Catalog descriptions, prices, durations, levels, and materials are provided to help visitors compare lessons. They may be corrected or updated without notice. A course description is educational information, not a guarantee of a particular creative result.
3. Website use
You may use the website for lawful personal or professional planning. Do not interfere with operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape private submissions, or use the site to distribute harmful or misleading material.
4. Cart and followed courses
Cart quantities and followed courses are browser-based demonstrations. They do not create a paid order, reservation, enrollment, or payment obligation until a separate written agreement is made with Roughstep Atelier.
5. Intellectual property
Roughstep Atelier owns or licenses the website text, brand presentation, course descriptions, and original teaching materials. You may not copy, sell, or republish them without written permission.
6. Contact submissions
You confirm that information submitted through the contact form is accurate and that you have permission to provide it. We may decline requests that are unlawful, abusive, or unrelated to the studio.
7. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website useful and available but do not promise uninterrupted operation or error-free content. You are responsible for choosing suitable tools and working safely with scissors and craft materials.
8. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Roughstep Atelier is not responsible for indirect loss arising from reliance on general catalog information or temporary website unavailability.
9. Changes and governing process
We may revise these terms as the service develops. Continued use after publication of an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions should first be directed to the studio for good-faith resolution.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected] or submitted through the contact page.
